GETTING STARTED
Click on "Upcoming Auctions" to find out where and when the next BAR NONE auction will be held.

Scroll through the list of available properties for the auction selected. You can scroll through them all, or
You can specify what type property you are interested in, Residential, Commercial or Specialty and the
county/counties they are located in. Click on individual properties you are interested in and pull up a
property descriptions and maps, pictures, and available legal documentation, inspection reports, if
available, and disclosures.

Check on-site inspection dates and visit all properties you are interested in bidding on. All properties are
sold "AS-IS, WHERE IS". All available disclosures and legal documentation will be provided at the on-site
inspection, as well as on our website under the property detail page. If you are the successful bidder, uou
will be required to sign a document indicating that you have inspected the property or have waived the
inspection at the time of purchase.

Register for the auction. Its quick, easy, and best of all... free! Click on the tab at the end of this page or
under the REGISTER HERE section. If the property is not a "Cash only" purchase, please take the time to be
pre-qualified now. There is no cost or obligation. Our lender offers excellent service, a commitment to
competitive rates.and a choice of a NO POINTS, NO FEES and NO PRE-PAYMENT option. You can click

Attend and check-in at the auction corresponding to the property you are interested in. Registration and
admission are free. If you intend to bid, you must bring a $5,000 cashiers check made payable to yourself
(we will not take the cashiers check at time of registration but we will photocopy it) and at that time you
will be given your bidder's card. The number on your bidder's card is how you will be identified if you are
the winning bidder. You must also present a valid I.D. and disclose the source of the required 5% deposit
if you are the winning bidder.
Remember, if you intend upon purchasing a property at the auction it is required that you bring

When the auctioneer calls up the auction, listen carefully. He/she will be running through auction terms
that may not be familiar to you and he/she will be explaining a summary of purchase terms, the conduct
of the auction, and necessary disclosures required before the auction begins. Get ready for the fun part!

Listen carefully and refer to the written material you have been given to make sure that you are bidding
on the property that you are interested in. The bidding is fast, fun, and exciting! Raise your bidder's card
high and an assistant auctioneer will call your bid to the auctioneer. Continue bidding to the maximum
amount that you have determined. If you are the high bidder, your number will be confirmed and you
have just purchased a property! (Sales subject to Seller confirmation) Remember that a "Buyers
Premium" will be added to your winning bid.

After the sale a hostess will escort you to an on-site auction sales assistant in which you will sign
documentation pertinent to the sale and an acknowledgement that you are the Winning Bidder. At this
time your financing type will be finalized, escrow will be opened, you will sign your cashier's check over to
a major Title/Escrow company, and title will also collect your cash or check equal to 5% of the purchase
price.
